6-7 Years Camp, Little Puffs:   Mondays 8:30-10am &

Fridays 8:30-10am

Dates:  June 3 through August 2, 2024

no classes the week of July 3

Eight-Week Camp:   2 classes/week, 1.5 hours each    24 total hours

For ages 6 to 7 years old

Student must be the minimum age by the start of class.

​A fun and safe introduction to sailing for 6-7 year olds.  This is a happy, fun place for young sailors to become comfortable around boats. If the wind is calm, we will go out on boats with the instructors, and get a feel for sailing in a calm environment. If the wind is too big, we'll have fun learning to tie knots, playing sailing games, and learning some sailing words! 

​Sailors must bring and wear their own US Coast Guard approved life jacket.  6-7 Years Camp sailors will be required to wear a US Coast Guard approved lifejackets at all times during camp… on and off the water. 

The 6-7 year olds will be not be required to pass the Buddy Test but they should be comfortable in and around the water. If they have passed their Buddy Test, all the better!
